Nathan Freie has over 15 years of experience leading global teams and driving profitable growth through organizations. Nathan has a range of expertise across device therapies including orthopedics, pharma/drug delivery, neuromodulation, cardiovascular products, MIS, and RAS devices.

In addition, Nathan has an extensive network within the Top 10 device OEMs, as well as mid-cap and start-up companies. Having served in both technical operations and sales roles, Nathan has knowledge in a range of manufacturing processes including thermoplastic injection molding, silicone molding and extrusion, metal processing, PCBA, and complex device assembly.

Nathan uses his technical aptitude in manufacturing, and his understanding of key business aspects, including P&L, to bridge gaps and find creative solutions to win new business. Nathan holds an industrial engineering certification from Blackhawk Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in management from Upper Iowa University, and a dual emphasis MBA in management and international business from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
