Michael serves as Senior Vice President and CFO and has held this position since 2017. In this role, he provides global direction and oversight of the financial activities and fiscal well-being of the company. He plays a key role in providing strategic direction and support across M&A efforts and organic growth opportunities.

Michael brings 25 years of progressive experience in corporate financial management and general business management. Prior to this role he was responsible for leading the Data Recording and Transactional Media businesses of NMT.

Previously he held the position of Director of FP&A at Lactalis American Group. Michael received his B.A. in International Business & World Trade from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his MBA in Finance at Rochester Institute of Technology.
