Jenna joined NMT in 2020 and as of 2023, maintains global responsibility for the Human Resources function. Jenna believes in HR as a leadership and service role, designed to support NMT's vision by promoting that people are our most valuable resource and company advantage.

Our department exists as a strategic partner to drive alignment with our people, company initiatives, values, and strategies. Through our department, we strive to maximize the value of employee contributions toward achieving business success and to enable all our employees to feel valued for those contributions.

Jenna has held a variety of roles across the human resources function. She received her BS and MS from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
